Project Description

A little series of short lectures, all with the same design: each is between 30-60 min; I explain from a medical point of view orthopaedic conditions you see often with your clients, like herniated disc, sciatica, frozen shoulder, spondylolisthesis, osteoporosis, hypermobility, frozen shoulder, shoulder luxation, coxarthrosis and others (f.ex. headache from an orthopaedic point of view; more complex!!); then I explain and explore together with the experience of the audience how to treat them, what to do and what to avoid, and what to tell the clients.

Goals: for trainers with no or little physiotherapist or medical background; to know the basics about these common conditions and to be able to answer to some of your clients’ questions; to understand the medical terminology and be able to speak with doctors about them; to treat these conditions safely and more specifically.

If you have other issues or conditions you’d like me to talk about, let me know!
